Experience Regeneration with Amy Ippoliti and Others

July 24-26th |The Omega Institute
Rhinebeck, NY

Embody renewal through soil and sustainability, celebrating connection and circularity as a way of life in the micro-festival Experience Regeneration.

Regeneration is a process of renewal and regrowth. But in order to align with the concept, you have to experience it.

If you’re yearning to find out more about what you can do to live closer to the rhythms of nature, how to make the most of the backyard or rooftop at your fingertips, or looking to get your hands into the wonders of the soil to awaken your own alignment, this gathering is for you.

Experience Regeneration is a new event series making its debut at Omega. This immersive micro-festival is dedicated to evolving “regeneration” from a buzzword into a way of life, seeding a culture shift through education, practice, and community. The first edition of Experience Regeneration focuses on the adjacent themes of soil and food systems.

The vision for this gathering comes from the producing team behind the Wanderlust Festival and the Eudēmonia Summit, and brings together some of the leading voices in sustainability, science, Indigenous and generational wisdom, somatic practice, and the arts to explore how personal, cultural, and ecological renewal are inseparable.

Join Amy and others for this immersive experience!

Farm to Mat – Return to Practice: a Weekend Yoga Intensive with Amy Ippoliti

April 24 – 26th | Early Bird Farm, Boulder, CO

A farm.
A barn.
A small group of people who take their yoga practice seriously.
Three days to dive in together.

Join Amy Ippoliti and the community for an immersive yoga intensive set on the stunning grounds of Early Bird Farm, home to an agroforestry orchard, native gardens, and regeneratively grazed land just outside Boulder.

Sessions are held in the farm’s beautiful barn, where the light, the air, and the scent of the earth brings a different quality to your yoga.

This is a weekend to immerse: into your body, your breath, and your practice. Expect intelligent sequencing, hands-on attention, and the kind of focused teaching that a small, committed group makes possible.

Whether you’re looking to move without discomfort, build more resilience in your body, or deepen your understanding of key yoga postures, you’ll leave with practical tools you can carry into your everyday life.

Yoga for Gardeners and Farmers at Harlequin Gardens with Amy Ippoliti
March 21, 10-11:30am | Boulder, CO

Long hours bending, lifting, kneeling, and squatting in the garden can take a real toll on the body. As a gardener, farmer, and longtime yoga teacher, Amy has experienced firsthand how essential flexibility, mobility, and joint health are for getting through the growing season and recovering so you can do it all again the next day.

This gardener-friendly yoga class is designed to support the specific physical demands of gardening and farm work. We’ll focus on improving mobility in the hips, lower back, knees, shoulders, and wrists, while building strength and stability that protect joints and reduce common aches and injuries.

The practice is practical, accessible, and adaptable for all levels. No prior yoga experience is needed.
