Why does my course completion show 0% when I completed the course live?
The 0% slider does not reflect your completion of the course if you took it live – this is simply a way for people who are taking the course pre-recorded to track their progress. Your completion of a live course is noted in our records.
I’ve taken a few live trainings with Vesselify but they aren’t all listed under My Courses.
The My Courses page shows all of the online courses you’ve taken with Vesselify. We keep track of every course you have or will take with Vesselify (whether online or in-person) in our student records.
